What is Enviiar?
Enviiar is a platform for scheduling one-time or recurring messages to WhatsApp groups using your own connected WhatsApp account.
You can prepare reminders, announcements, promotions, classes, menus, events, and other group communications so they go out automatically at the date and time you choose.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Enviiar works directly in the browser on desktop and mobile.
Do I need to keep my phone or computer on?
No. Once your WhatsApp is connected and a message is scheduled, you do not need to keep Enviiar open or leave your phone or computer on.
Messages can be sent as long as your WhatsApp connection remains active in Enviiar.
Does Enviiar work with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business?
Yes. Enviiar works with personal WhatsApp accounts and WhatsApp Business accounts.
How do I connect WhatsApp?
Go to Settings and scan the QR code with WhatsApp from your phone.
What happens if WhatsApp disconnects?
Go back to Settings and reconnect your account by scanning a new QR code.
Messages cannot be sent while the WhatsApp connection is inactive.
How do my WhatsApp groups appear in Enviiar?
You can import and refresh your groups from your WhatsApp connection.
Do I need to be a group admin to send messages?
Not always. You can send messages to any group where the connected account has permission to write.
Can I send the same message to multiple groups?
Yes. You can select multiple groups in the same scheduled message.
Can I schedule a message to send once?
Yes. You can choose an exact date and time for a one-time send.
Can I schedule recurring messages?
Yes. You can schedule messages to send every week, every two weeks, or once a month.
Can I schedule the same message for several different dates?
Yes. You can add multiple dates and choose a different time for each send.
Can I edit or cancel a scheduled message?
Yes. You can edit, reschedule, or cancel a message as long as it has not been sent yet.
Does the message send exactly at the scheduled time?
Enviiar starts the sending process at the date and time you scheduled, as long as your WhatsApp account is connected.
The message may take a few extra seconds to appear in the group because of the WhatsApp connection or provider behavior.
Can I send images, videos, documents, or links?
Yes. You can add files and links to your scheduled messages.
How are my files protected?
Files are stored privately and delivered temporarily to the sending service through secure expiring links.
Can Enviiar read my personal conversations?
Enviiar uses the connection to get available groups and send scheduled messages.
The platform is not designed to review your personal conversation history.
Does Enviiar store my scheduled message content?
Yes. Enviiar stores the text, schedule, files, and selected groups needed to execute scheduled sends.
How do I know if a message was sent correctly?
You can review Logs, where each send attempt, status, and available error message is shown.
What happens if WhatsApp is disconnected at the scheduled time?
The message will not send while WhatsApp is disconnected. It will not be sent later after you reconnect.
Does Enviiar retry failed sends?
Enviiar may perform short technical retries within a limited window.
After that window, the message is marked as not sent and is not recovered hours later.
Can WhatsApp limit or suspend my account?
Any automated or excessive messaging may be subject to WhatsApp policies and controls.
Use Enviiar only in groups where you have permission to communicate, and avoid repetitive or abusive behavior.
Can I change my account time zone?
Yes. You can change it in Settings. Your time zone is used for scheduled messages.
Can multiple people use Enviiar?
Enviiar supports separate users with access based on the available roles and permissions.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the Forgot password option on the login screen.
How do I contact support?
Use the support button available in Enviiar or the contact channel shown on the site.
